Woot!!, A photoshoot!!

Yesterday after watching the movie "Terminator 4" I got a call from Marie,
Asking me if I had time to do a shoot.
The first (and only) shoot we did together was 2 years ago,
And I didnt know jack about lighting and the settings on my camera.
I was also very nervous since this was my first shoot, and Marie was just as nervous as it was her first shoot as well.
To make it worse, We did the shoot at a dark disco/bar location that was poorly lit.
Therefore only 4 or 5 photo's of almost 200 shots where useable and I wasnt happy with the overal result.

After some talking with Marie we figured that today would be just as good as any other,
All we needed was a location, But knowing Marie the photo's might have a slight sensual twist to them even though she is very shy.
Also the sun was being a dick and didnt show his shiny face that often.
So.. Even though I didnt really liked the thought to do a shoot in my bedroom since I felt it might be to personal for me... (My room is my room) we decided to do a shoot in.. (you guessed it!) my bedroom.

The first 20 minutes or so me and Marie where very nervous,
But because we where having fun, joking around and do some funny faces we where able to shake of the nervousness.
And it really showed in the photo's,
The first 20 or so photo's where so-so but as time passed the photo's got better.
I also got a few spots and a Canon Speedlite MR-14EX Macro Ring Lite to help me with any lighting problems.

There are still a few shots that show me that I need to pay more attention to certain details, but this being my 2nd shoot with someone I am quite proud with the results.
So now comes the long painfull process of editing them in photoshop.
Well.. not really that long, since marie got more beautifull in the past two years,
And my camera and photoshop skillz improved as well.

I was also content on how I handled the "situation" because I am not used looking at semi-naked-ish woman in real life, especially if her attention is only focussed on you, and yours on her.
But after a few minutes I got over the "Zomfg hot chick" idea,
Even though I was amazed by Marie's body.
I think that most photographers had to get used to a situation like that.
(though you can correct me if I am wrong)

So.. today I am a happy camper,
And I will upload some photo's later today.

I also need to go over 1000 photo's from past two weeks,
I wish I could speed up that process.
Ow, and I cannot forget the textures I still need to upload.
I have been creating some (400) textures to use as a layer over my photo's.
